Welcome to BibleSong, an app designed to help you create songs from Bible scripture using AI. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BibleSong provides the following services:

AI Song Creation: Generate original songs from Bible verses using artificial intelligence
Scripture Selection: Browse and select verses from multiple Bible translations
Song Library: Access a community library of songs created by all users
My Songs: Manage your personal collection of created songs
Music Playback: Listen to and share AI-generated songs
Cloud Storage: Your songs and preferences are stored securely in the cloud
Premium Features: Optional weekly subscriptions for additional song creation credits

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
All information you provide is accurate and complete

4. User Account and Registration

Some features require you to create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app
Interfere with the app's operation or security
Use the app to generate content that is offensive, hateful, or violates any laws

6. User-Generated Content

When you create songs or submit content:

You retain ownership of your creative input (selected verses, style choices)
AI-generated songs are provided for your personal use and community sharing
You grant us a license to display and distribute your songs within the app's community library
You are responsible for the appropriateness of your content
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
Content reported by multiple users may be automatically hidden

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers premium features through in-app purchases:

Subscription Plans: Weekly auto-renewable subscriptions for song creation credits
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
Credits: Subscription credits reset each billing period and do not roll over
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by BibleSong or our licensors. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Use our name, logo, or branding without permission
Resell or redistribute the app

Bible text is sourced from public domain and licensed translations. AI-generated songs are provided for personal and community use.

9. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services:

Google Sign-In (subject to Google's Terms of Service)
Sign in with Apple (subject to Apple's Terms of Service)
Supabase (for backend services)
AI music generation service (for song creation)
Apple App Store (for purchases and subscriptions)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
Quality or availability of generated songs
Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBLESONG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months, or $50 USD, whichever is less.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify the app, add or remove features, and modify these Terms with notice to users. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.

14. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Claims must be filed within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or App Store update notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BibleSong
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
